BTS PORT DOUGLAS PTY LTD:

15% cancellation fee is applied for all tours cancelled with more than 48hrs notice of tour departure. 50% cancellation fee is applied for tours cancelled between 12 and 24hrs prior to departure. No refund for no shows or less than 12 hours notice of cancellation. Full refund provided if tour or transfer is cancelled by operator.

Billy Tea Safaris:

DAY TOURS Cancellations received within 48 hours of departure will incurr a 100% cancellation fee.

Fitzroy Island Adventures:

No refund inside 24 hours

Port Douglas Transfers:

Cancellations only will be accepted up to 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time. Bookings cancelled within 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time or a no show will incur full charges.
