Straddie Kingfisher Tours:

A 72-hour notice of cancellation or change of tour notice is required for all tours. If for any reason you decide to cancel or change your reservation, you must notify us 72-hours prior to the tour date. Sorry, cancellations or changes made within 72-hour of the tour are not refundable and will be charged in full.

Example Tour Company:

100% if cancelled 12 hours or less from departure day.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Cancellation Policy Admission only: No charge - however advice given prior to or on the day of travel is required for cancellations. Package/Combination products: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Cancellation Policy: By us: On very rare occasions, tours may be cancelled (severe weather, road closures, insufficient numbers). Should this occur you will receive a full refund and we will endeavour to offer you an alternative date. By You: If cancellation of booking is made at least 15 day(s) in advance of the scheduled departure, you will receive 100% refund. If cancellation of booking is made between 7 and 14 day(s) in advance of departure, you will receive 75% refund If cancellation of booking is made between 3 and 6 day(s) in advance of departure date you will receive 50% refund If cancellation of booking is made within 2 day(s) of the scheduled departure a 100% cancellation fee will be incurred. No refund.
