Dolphin Wild Island Cruises:

Online bookings are not refundable however if due to weather the trip is cancelled a full refund (less the booking fee) will be given.

Cairns Dive Centre:

Cancellations or changes to bookings within 48hrs of departure for any reason will not be entitled to any refund. 20% Cancellation fee on all bookings regardless of date.

Wildlife Tours Australia:

Although every effort is made, Wildlife Tours Australia shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Wildlife Tours Australia retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Cancellation within 7 days of departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; Cancellation within 48 hours or failure to show will result in full fare forfeiture. $25 per person transfer fee applies to any transfer of service within 7 days of departure.

ADAMS PINNACLE TOURS:

Cancellation Policy: Due to the extensive organisation involved with touring, a strict cancellation fee will be applicable to compensate for costs and lost revenue. We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover against such charges. Once any payment is made the following cancellation fees will apply in addition to any fees levied by your booking agent: Cancellation Fees: Day Tours Cancellation within 2 days (48hrs) of departure results in a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations between 3 and 5 days prior to departure results in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) Cancellations within 5 days of departure results in up to a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations 6-15 days prior to departure result in a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations 16-29 days prior to departure result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellations 30 or more days prior to departure results in : up to a 10% fee charged by Adams Pinnacle Tours Amendment Fees: Day Tours A charge of $50 per person may apply to booking amendments received more than 5 days prior to tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments made within 5 days prior to the tour departure will be treated as cancellations and the applicable cancellation fee will apply. Amendment Fees: Short Break Tours (2-5 days duration) A Charge of $100 per person may apply to any modification after the original booking has been confirmed and at least 30 days prior to the tour departure. This is at the sole discretion of Adams Pinnacle Tours. Amendments within 30 days of travel will be treated as cancellations and the cancellation policy applied.

Sunrover Tours:

Cancellations received with less than 2 weeks notice, will incur a 50% cancellation fee. If you cancel your tour with less than 48hrs notice then a fee of 100% may be applied. No Show (failure to collect tour tickets) / We fulfill our commitment to you for the sale of the tour ticket to you by making the tour ticket available at the pick up point for you to collect. If for any reason you are unable to collect all or part of your tour tickets purchased from us we are unable to refund your purchase. If the tour is cancelled because of an act of war or terrorism or the forces of nature or by any event outside of the control of the tour operator then refunds shall be at the tour operator’s absolute discretion. If the tour is cancelled for any other reason, we will refund to you the tour ticket price exclusive of all booking and delivery fees. We do not refund the booking or delivery fee because we have provided you with the service you paid for- the booking and delivery of the tour ticket has been completed.

Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS · Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. · If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS · A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. · Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. · 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Pre- Booking is essential. •Child rate = 5-14 yrs •Concession rate = Australian seniors/pensioners & full time students •Family rate = 2 adults + 2 children •Full payment is due on booking •There is no refund for no shows •Tickets & monies are non-refundable & non-transferable unless the cruise is cancelled •A 3% credit card fee will apply if you have paid by AMEX/DINERS credit card •Your ticket is valid for the day of the booking only •Please arrive at departure point 15 minutes prior to departure time •Surcharge will apply on Public Holidays •Special Cruises, Prices and Terms & Conditions apply for 25th, 26th & 31st December & 26 January

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Melbourne & Adelaide:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for a tour cancelled within 72 and 24 hours of travel. Cancellation fees of 100% may apply to cancellations within 24hrs of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

SA Eco Tours :

TOUR TRIP AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK: Australian Private Tours & Charters also T/A SA ECO TOURS operates tours in regions where standards of accommodation, transport, safety, hygiene, medical facilities, and other infrastructure may, at times, not be of the standard that you are used to at home. By booking with Australian Private Tours & Charters you acknowledge that participation in all trips involves inherent risks that may not be present in the case of conventional or less demanding holidays. These risks include, without limitation, the possibility of injury or death, psychological trauma, disease, loss or damage to property, inconvenience, and discomfort. The possibility of experiencing all or some of these risks is likely to be higher if participating in any of our tours that involves visiting remote or unstable regions, or regions where there is dangerous wildlife. CANCELLATION BY YOU: If you wish to cancel all or any part of your booking, notification of cancellation must be received by Australian Private Tours & Charters via email. The date of the cancellation is the date on which Australian Private Tours & Charters receives this notification. Charges applicable as follows, per person: If cancelled more than 30 days before departure and money has already been paid to Australian Private Tours & Charters, passengers will receive a full refund minus any processing or bank charges. If cancelled 30 days or less before departure, there will be no refund given. For any booking for which an initial deposit (part payment) was payable, payment of the remainder of the tour cost must be made at least 31 days prior to the departure of your tour. If you do not pay the balance of your total booking cost within this time frame, your booking may be terminated and you may lose your deposit. Additional Australian Private Tours & Charters cancellation penalties may apply. No refunds will be made if you leave a trip for any reason after the trip has begun. No refunds will be made for any accommodation, transport, sightseeing, meals, or services not utilised. If due to “Force Majeure” or government travel advice, Australian Private Tours & Charters reserves the right to cancel a departure at any time. With any form of cancellation, Australian Private Tours & Charters will do their best to offer you alternative arrangements. If the price of your alternative booking is of a lower value than the original booking, we will refund the difference to you (in case of “Force Majeure” or government travel advice refunds will be less any unrecoverable costs). Where Australian Private Tours & Charters provides services, it will do so with due care and skill. Australian Private tours & Charters is not responsible for the acts and omissions of others, including tour guides, airlines and accommodation providers for any loss, damage, death, injury, or expense (including loss of money paid in advance), which you may incur as a consequence of the acts and omissions of others. You warrant that you have not relied on any representation made by Australian Private Tours & Charters any travel agent or other representative, which has not been stated expressly in their brochures. FORCE MAJEURE: Australian Private Tours & Charters will not be liable for any delay in, change to or cancellation of trips due to “Force Majeure”. “Force Majeure” means a circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Australian Private Tours & Charters and includes, but is not limited to, war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial dispute, disease, industrial or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions and vehicle breakdown. Oceanic Victor:

Customers may make changes to their bookings up to 24 hours prior to visiting, these changes are made by the Agent on the Rezdy online booking platform. If a customer wishes to cancel their booking the following conditions apply; • A confirmed order is locked in. Changes can be made up to 24 hours prior to the original booking time, but is non-refundable. • A pending order may be cancelled with a full refund. • No shows are non-refundable. • Cancellations of confirmed orders inside 7 days prior to the visit are non-refundable. Oceanic Victor operates in a marine environment, and there is an inherent risk of cancellation due to heavy weather. Oceanic Victor reserves the right to cancel visits if extreme weather or other conditions pose a threat to the safety of customers. In the event of cancellation by the operator, customers will be re-booked for an alternative date or provided with a full refund. Refunds will only be provided to the person who made the booking.
